An Act respecting the National Flag of Canada
Preamble
Whereas the Canadian flag is the symbol of the nation’s unity;
Whereas the Canadian flag represents the principles of freedom, democracy, courage, and justice upon which our great nation is based;
Whereas the Canadian flag represents all the citizens of Canada;
Whereas the Canadian flag represents pride in our great nation and support for those who have sacrificed their lives for it;
And whereas it is in the national and public interest to encourage the displaying of the National Flag;
Now, therefore, Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:”
The foundation of anything is the root to why and how it continues to exist. And it is no different for a nation, in which it views itself and establishes it’s decisions. Blessed is the nation who’s God is the Lord. How can anything be upheld if one does not understand it? Canada’s heritage has a foundation, and each one of us have a duty to understand it and preserve what we have inherited. Canada’s foundation was founded on the principles that recognize the Supremacy of God of and rule of law.
O’ Canada. Who is Canada? A nation founded on moral principles that recognize the Supremacy of God and rule of law. Respecting the Canadian Flag and the freedoms that we hold dear. God keep our land glorious and free! May our children and their children come to know the heritage of this land and what has allowed it to know peace and justice and it’s history and founding or moral principles. It is true that the enemy of history is time, people tend to forget it’s founding and lessons learned. Let this not be our nation, may we remember what has made Canada blessed.
Learn more about the heritage of the nation you live and in which it has been founded. There is a reason that is may have been blessed and has known peace and freedoms. Because freedom is not free. And the nation who’s God is the Lord is blessed. (Psalm33:12).
