The Safety and Peace from the Lord.

Rest, Freedom, Truth, Grace, Mercy, Kindness, Peace and Safety – words of Hope.

So then, how do we aim towards these values albeit evident of importance, in an uncertain world? In the world there is disruption, confusion, deceit, trickery, lies and uncertainty, what is the source and fruit of those things? Then also we must ask, what is the source of calm, peace, wisdom, truth, knowledge, purity, kindness, mercy, justice, order, grace, hope, safety, rest and true peace?

Does the world prefer peace or continual disruption? Why is there continual, increasing disruption and disorder and why is there also an antidote of peace? These are perhaps deep questions. I make note that if one doesn’t actually value peace or have known true peace, none of this might matter. If even your not sure true peace exists, I can assure you it does!

With Peace there is clarity

Moreover, in peace, there is calm, clarity of thinking, wisdom, understanding, healing, compassion, forgiveness, understanding more of the journey we are on.

Watching the world in turmoil I am reminded of the promises of God, and His work through history and humanity, how he preserved His Holy Word, that would might be equipped and prepared for such times as we see in these end days.

Rest in the Prince of Peace

We can search for what we think will give us peace through the world, but until you know and are comforted by the peace that can only come from the Prince of Peace and Lord over all, then we must keep seeking for it. Here are some scriptures to help you with knowing more about peace as we need rest, moments of clarity, hope or more calm amidst all that goes on around us or a good nights sleep.

Psalm 4:8 ~I will both lie down in peace, and sleep; For You alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety.

Leviticus 26:6a ~I will give peace in the land, and you shall lie down, and none will make you afraid;

Job 11:19 ~You would also lie down, and no one would make you afraid;
Yes, many would court your favor.

Be encouraged, walk by faith.

Proverbs 2:10-12 ~When wisdom enters your heart,

And knowledge is pleasant to your soul, ¹¹ Discretion will preserve you;
Understanding will keep you,

¹² To deliver you from the way of evil,
From the man who speaks perverse things,

In so many ways God is known to us, through His Word, His creations, His invisible qualities are clearly seen, and many of our lived experiences we often wonder and reflect on, but that curiosity should want us to seek to know Him and His will.

Romans 1:20~ For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse,

The Lord God and creator of the universe, no one else has this title or made a way for humanity.

I’m reminded everyday I can’t help to praise and thank the Lord, for His majestic qualities. I am fortunate to live near the Rocky Mountains, which emulate His invisible qualities so very often, and His character attributes in His Word, Christ our Rock, our firm foundation. His Word, are the living oracles of God, alive, guidance, truth, for healing, and more, and that He would be known and that we might align with His heart to love and hate what He does. Our help is from the Lord, the creator of the heavens and the earth.

Micah 4:1 ~KJV ~But in the last days it shall come to pass, that the mountain of the house of the Lord shall be established in the top of the mountains, and it shall be exalted above the hills; and people shall flow unto it.

Be faithful until the end and do not fear, the Lord is our strength, our hope, our way, our Righteousness. True freedom is liberty in Christ Jesus. God Bless you all!
