“Logos” – Word, divine utterance, doctrine

John 1:1 KJV ~In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

IN THE BEGINNING ——-

The Word was with God:

John 1:1-2 Darby Translation ~In [the] beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. ² *He* was in the beginning with God.

The Word became flesh:

John 1:14 Darby Translation ~And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us (and we have contemplated his glory, a glory as of an only-begotten with a father), full of grace and truth;

Who is the Word?

John 1:14 KJV ^~And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

Isaiah 51:15 KJV~But I am the Lord thy God, that divided the sea, whose waves roared: The Lord of hosts is his name.

Acts 2:36 KJV ~Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made the same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.

The Word is living and operative:

Spirit and Life:

John 6:63 NKJV ~It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.

1 Corinthians 2:11-12 NKJV ~For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God. ¹² Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God.

Acts 16:31 KJV ~And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.

³⁵ And Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst.

1 Thessalonians 2:13 Douay-Rheims 1899 American Edition ~Therefore, we also give thanks to God without ceasing: because, that when you had received of us the word of the hearing of God, you received it not as the word of men, but (as it is indeed) the word of God, who worketh in you that have believed.

Praise the Lord, the same God over all history, over humanity, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. God has and does speak in various ways to people, through others, through His Word, through prophets of old, and what ever means He chooses.
